Translation of the Russian noun лечение
How in Russian can you differentiate between 'treatment' and 'cure'; can the noun лечение mean both? How for example could you say that there is a treatment for a disease but no cure?

Hi John!
It fully depends on the context.
For example,
Врачи нашли лечение этой болезни. Doctors found the cure of this illness (so, basically, how to treat it).
Врач назначил мне лечение. The doctor prescribed me medications (literally: treatment).
