Subjunctive mood in the Russian language?

Hello !I wonder, if there is a subjunctive mood in the Russian language, and if so, how it forms.

Hi Rodrigo,

Thanks for your question. Yes, we do have the Subjunctive mood. The subjunctive mood is formes by a verb in the Past tense and by the particle бы (б) and the conjunctive чтобы in different meanings:

На твоём месте я бы подождала.
In your place, I would wait.

Только бы они не заметили.
If only they had not noticed it.

Если бы я была на твоём месте, я бы так не поступила.
If I was in your place, I would not act like that.

Я хочу, чтобы ты принёс хлеба.
I want you to bring some bread.

Мне нужна квартира, которая бы находилась недалеко от метро.
I need a flat that would be near the metro station.
