Meaning of the word “бунднет”

I came across this word in a series of old satirical cartoon cards depicting a child dressed to portray various Russian political types from around the time of the Revolution: Bolshevik, Menshevik, Anarchist, Social Democrat, Bourgeois, Worker, Cadet, Moderate, and Social Revolutionary.

But I haven't been unable to find a translation of Бунднетъ anywhere. That cartoon is of a child dressed in a black cape, holding an automatic pistol over his head and what appears to be a toy ball under the other arm.

Does anyone know what it means?
